Scilly day 9 - Black-necked Grebe finale
Pretty much a guaranteed daily bird! This Black-necked Grebe is a regular close in at Porthcressa (this evening) or the town bay. In the last few rays of sunlight, very smart!
And obliging birds often come closer!
I never saw the Grebe catch a fish but who cares when they pose like this....
